Steve Johnson

Steve’s 25 years of professional experience encompasses sales, sales management, organizational development of professionals at various levels across multiple industries.

Steve has cultivated a broad background in sales and management roles from being part of start-up endeavors to well-established Fortune 500 companies. Prior to launching SPJ consulting he held a variety of sales and sales management roles with the Phoenix Suns, CB Commercial, PacifiCare, Integrated Health and Whitewater Group.

His focus is on helping organizations develop and deliver results oriented training and he has worked extensively with insurance, health care pharmaceutical, Medical Device and High Tech Organizations including clients such as UnitedHealthcare, Adobe Systems, Novartis, Hewlett Packard, McKesson, Farmers Insurance, ConocoPhillips, Caterpilar, Tynan Group companies and Union Bank.

Steve has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Economics and Business from Westmont College He is married, has three sons and lives in Santa Barbara.
